How to request the removal of your personal data.

PremiumAX uses the Facebook Messenger API to provide automated customer support and order fulfillment. We do not save your personal Facebook profile data, but we do temporarily store your Page-Scoped ID (PSID) and order email to facilitate these conversations.

How to delete your data:

If you want to completely remove your activity, order history, and Messenger interactions from our systems, follow these steps:

Send an email to support@txzhost.online OR send a message directly to our Facebook Page.

Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".

Provide the email address you used during checkout or your Facebook profile link so we can locate your records.

Note: We will process your deletion request within 7 business days. Deleting your data will also delete any active warranties or replacement eligibility for your previous purchases.
