How do I receive my account?

After your payment is approved, your account details (Email, Password, PIN) will appear instantly in your My Account page under "Purchases".

Is there a warranty?

Yes! All accounts come with a 30-day warranty. If the account stops working, contact support for a replacement.

Can I change the password?

For shared accounts (profiles), you cannot change the password or email. Doing so voids the warranty. For private accounts, you have full control.
