2. Digital Products & Delivery

PremiumAX provides digital account credentials and subscription invites.

• Delivery is handled digitally via our Claim System or automated Facebook Messenger Bot.
• You are responsible for saving your account credentials once claimed. Our system limits the download of claim cards for security purposes.
• Pre-orders will be fulfilled as soon as stock becomes available.

3. Refunds & Replacements

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer direct refunds. However, if an account or invite provided to you ceases to work before its stated expiration date, we offer a **Replacement Warranty**. You must contact our support team via Facebook Messenger with your Order ID to initiate a replacement check.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us. Abuse of our support bots, fraudulent payment claims, or chargebacks will result in an immediate ban from our platform.
